In our review of the second Phil Taylor's Target soft tip darts set, we look at the highest end of his darts series - the Power-9FIVE. It features 95% tungsten content with Target's PIXEL grip technology on the barrel with Azzuri blue titanium nitride highlights and a titanium Target Power shaft. It is fitted with Target's Vision-Edge flights.
